Steam: Returning the game - is that possible?

On Steam it is possible to request a refund for almost all purchases in the Steam store. To do this, you must meet the following requirements:

• Steam will refund your money for a purchased game if the refund is requested within 14 days of purchase and if you have played the game for less than two hours.
• The refunded money can only be returned to your PayPal account or converted into Steam credit, even if you chose a different payment method when purchasing.
• You can also return DLCs up to 14 days after purchase. The main game for this must not have been played more than two hours since then.
• In-game purchases will be refunded up to 48 hours after purchase if not used, modified or transferred.
• You can return a pre-ordered title at any time before release. After that the normal conditions apply.
• If you purchased a game bundle, it counts as a single game as above. In addition, you must not have transferred a package.
• No refunds are possible for purchases made outside of Steam.
• If you are excluded for cheating, a refund is also not possible.
